The TYPES of our nystagmus spectacles are identified by three digits.<\/p>\n

The first digit<\/strong> is always “5”<\/strong> or “7”<\/strong>:
\n> “5” without bayonet connection for short-term examinations>
\n> “7” with bayonet connection for short-term and long-term examinations<\/p>\n

The second digit<\/strong> represents the color of the glasses:
\n> “0” means black and direct illumination. This type of illumination was developed by Prof. Frenzel.<\/p>\n

> “2” means white and indirect illumination. This type of illumination was developed by Dr. Blessing.<\/p>\n

The third digit<\/strong> stands for:<\/p>\n

> “1” fixed connection cable + fixed glasses
\n> “2” fixed connection cable + hinged glasses
