Foundation of the optical and precision mechanics workshop by
Florence Sartorius

Takeover of the company by Louis Draeger.
1920
Son Georg Draeger and son-in-law Friedrich Heerhorst join the company. Hence the name Dräger & Heerhorst Göttingen. The initials of the surnames and the city can still be found in our trademark/company logo.
1955
Conversion of the company into a limited partnership that makes a name for itself worldwide with the manufacture and distribution of medical equipment and instruments. During this time, the nystagmus spectacles are developed in collaboration with Professor Hermann Frenzel.
2002
Takeover of the company by long-time employees Kai Uwe Lach and Karl-Wilhelm Koch. The company is continued under the name DEHAG Medizin-Technische Produktions Gmbh & Co.KG. After the retirement of Karl-Wilhelm Koch (2005), the company moved to its current production facility in Rosdorf in January 2008.
